Apologies beauties, I’ve had a couple of things from this collection for awhile now and am just now getting around to reviewing them. L’oreal’s Passport to Paradise Collection sold out uber fast around my neck of the woods and with good reason–it’s impressive indeed. Reminiscent of the ocean with shades of blue, it’s quite pretty.  I purchased the nail polish in Water’s Edge and it’s very nice. I’m not bold enough to wear it on my nails but it’s a fun summer color for the tootsies. My daughter has worn it on her nails and it looked quite chic; not at all silly or teenybopper-ish. I’m kind of regretting that I didn’t pick up the other colors as well; High Tide, a light blue with silver sparkles and Ocean Breeze, a bright medium blue. The polishes are definitely the standouts in this collection, they are both beautiful and unusual. Steph’s Closet has wonderful pictures and nail swatches of all the polishes in the collection, as well as comparasion photos of dupes from Essie. The rest of the collection, two eye shadow quads, two lip glosses and three bronzers, are fairly underwhelming and what you typically see in most summer collections.
